2024 Kansas County Highway Association Spring Conference & Exhibition

The 2024 Kansas County Highway Association Spring Conference & Exhibition will take place on Monday-Wednesday, May 20-22, 2024, at the Prairie Band Casino & Resort in Mayetta-Jackson County, Kansas. This conference is for all Kansas County Road Superintendents, County Engineers, and other general Road and Bridge staff.

The 2024 KCHA Spring Golf Tournament will take place on Monday, May 20, 2024, at the Firekeeper Golf Course, 12524 150 Road, Mayetta-Jackson County, Kansas. To register yourself and/or your team for the golf tournament, click here.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY: Partial refunds are given for full conference registrations only, and NOT for guest/spouse or vendor meal tickets. To be eligible for a partial refund, all cancellations must be made in writing (mail or email) on or before 5 p.m. on Monday, May 6, 2024. Please email Kimberly Qualls at: [email protected] or mail: Kansas Association of Counties, Attn: KCHA, PO Box 4389, Topeka, KS 66604. Upon receipt of written notice, a refund will be processed and mailed to registrants less a $25 registration processing fee. After Monday, May 6, 2024, no refund requests will be honored.
