The 2024 Kansas County Highway Association Spring Conference & Exhibition will take place on Monday-Wednesday, May 20-22, 2024, at the Prairie Band Casino & Resort in Mayetta-Jackson County, Kansas. This conference and exhibition is a perfect opportunity for your company to showcase your equipment, products and services and network one-on-one with Kansas County road superintendents, county engineers, and road and bridge department staff from all across the sunflower state.
The 2024 KCHA Spring Golf Tournament will take place on Monday, May 20, 2024, at the Firekeeper Golf Course, 12524 150 Road, Mayetta-Jackson County, Kansas. To register yourself and/or your team for the golf tournament, click here.
Exhibitor Schedule: The exhibitor schedule for the exhibition portion of the conference is shown below. A representative of your organization should be in your booth during the designated exhibition hours. All exhibitors must be out of the event center by 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.
Exhibit Booth Set-up:
Monday, May 20, 2024 - 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Exhibit Booth Hours:
Tuesday, May 21, 2024 - 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 22, 2024 - 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
EXHIBIT BOOTH CANCELLATION POLICY: A $100 fee will be charged for all exhibit booth cancellations. To be eligible for a refund, all cancellations must be made in writing (mail or email) on or before 5 p.m. Monday, May 6, 2024. Please email Kimberly Qualls at: [email protected] or mail: Kansas Association of Counties, Attn: KCHA, PO Box 4389, Topeka, KS 66604. Upon receipt of written notice, a refund will be processed and mailed to vendors less a $100 cancellation. NO refunds will be given for cancellations received after Monday, May 6, 2024.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY: Partial refunds are given for full conference registrations only, and NOT for guest/spouse or vendor meal tickets. To be eligible for a partial refund, all cancellations must be made in writing (mail or email) on or before 5 p.m. on Monday, May 6, 2024. Please email Kimberly Qualls at: [email protected] or mail: Kansas Association of Counties, Attn: KCHA, PO Box 4389, Topeka, KS 66604. Upon receipt of written notice, a refund will be processed and mailed to registrants less a $25 registration processing fee. After Monday, May 6, 2024, no refund requests will be honored.
