2025 Kansas County Highway Association Conference & Expo

The 2025 Kansas County Highway Association Spring Conference & Expo is set for Monday-Wednesday, May 5-7, 2025, at the Hilton Garden Inn and Convention Center in Hays | Ellis County, Kansas. This KCHA conference is for all Kansas County Road Superintendents, County Engineers, and other general Road and Bridge staff.

The 2025 KCHA Spring Golf Tournament will take place on Monday, May 5, 2025, at the Fort Hays Municipal Golf Course, 1450 Golf Course Road, in Hays. To register yourself and/or your team for the golf tournament, click here.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY: Partial refunds are given for full conference registrations only, and NOT for guest/spouse or vendor meal tickets. To be eligible for a partial refund, all cancellations must be made in writing (mail or email) on or before 5 p.m. on Monday, April 21, 2025. Please email Kimberly Qualls at: [email protected] or mail: Kansas Association of Counties, Attn: KCHA, PO Box 4389, Topeka, KS 66604. Upon receipt of written notice, a refund will be processed and mailed to registrants less a $25 registration processing fee. After Monday, April 21, 2025, no refund requests will be honored.
